Nineteen North

If you are looking for a luxury apartment near Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC) 19 North Street is perfect. We have lived here for 7 years. Secure parking, quiet building, very clean building, helpful staff. First Amherst are very good landlords. We hated to leave but we moved to Chicago.

19 North is SPOTLESS QUIET and very pleasant. Maintenance does their job very well. Gabby is just fabulous and kind and helpful. Glenn goes way beyond the beyond to keep everything in wonderful condition for all of us.

We’ve lived here for about 6 months and have had a great experience so far. The move-in process was smooth thanks to Gabby who was incredibly helpful and responsive during that time. The maintenance team has also been quick and efficient with every request. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend this apartment community to others.

This was our first trip to Buffalo with the intent for finding our son an apartment near the medical center. We called late on a Friday afternoon and Gabby responded and arranged to meet us to show 19 North and Granite Works. She showed us both properties answering all our many questions and was fantastic to work with. Both she and other agents stressed the importance of securing a space before an expected surge in demand. This led us to decide on 19 North. We immediately began the process of applying which was complicated by my son needing us as guarantors. This led to numerous back and forth texts with Gabby up to 9:30 Friday evening which was way above and beyond on her part. In short she is a large reason we chose 19 North and appreciate all she did.
