I have been living here for less than a month, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very disappointing. Since I moved in, I submitted maintenance requests for several broken things in my apartment. Despite following up multiple times for about a week, nobody came to fix the issues. What is even more frustrating is that the maintenance requests were marked as “completed” even though no one actually came to my apartment or fixed the problems. I also received a $50 fine because I temporarily left a trash bag outside my apartment for about 10 minutes while I went inside to change clothes before taking it to the dumpster. I emailed management about the situation, but I still have not received a response. There is also a referral program advertised by the property stating that residents can receive $200 for referring someone who signs a lease. I referred someone who actually moved in and signed a lease, but I have still not received the $200. I emailed management about this as well and have not received a response. Overall, the biggest issue for me is the lack of communication. I understand that maintenance and administrative issues can happen, but completely ignoring residents’ emails and marking unresolved maintenance requests as completed is extremely frustrating. I hope management improves communication and actually follows up with residents, because so far my experience has been far from what I expected.

The leasing office is extremely professional. I am extremely impressed with the service. The leasing agent Xamani is professional and is level-headed who helps with request promptly. The maintenance person, Andy, works hard and always manages to get my tickets fulfilled. I would highly recommend this place!
