These new apartments offer a modern living experience with updated units, spacious rooms, high ceilings, and in-unit laundry, all at a fair price for the square footage. While maintenance requests are handled efficiently, prospective residents should be aware that the property allows short-term rentals, which can occasionally lead to noise and security concerns.

I have been trying to get in contact with this property for over a month regarding information and availability. I’d really love to schedule a tour but no one responds to any emails or voicemails and never answers the phone. I’ve even sent a message on social media and no luck and came down to them but they have no office. I just really wanna get info as I am currently hunting for places to live and I like their apartments. If anyone knows how to get in contact that would be great.

Overall I enjoyed my time living here the past couple years. Kyle the property manager was very kind, responsive, and helpful! Always went out of his way to make sure any issue or question I had was handled with urgency and to the best effort. He personally gets 5 stars from me! Now for my actual living experience: Pros: -New building, so units are updated (large kitchen, spacious rooms, large cabinets, high ceilings) -In unit laundry -Private (paid) parking lot, -Online portal rent pay, -Timely maintenance request and follow ups *Special shoutout to Jose for coming out in inclement weather to fix an urgent need with my thermostat* -Valet trash (overall great but inconsistent with pickup..., was missed many times with my trash out hours before the pickup times and since it was a mandatory paid amenity, it was annoying when it was forgotten) Cons: -No onsite leasing office -Allows Airbnbs (short term renters) so that automatically came with behaviors such as partying, excessive noise, people attempting to trail you or your car to enter the premises (which made me uncomfortable as a resident to have someone attempting to follow me in), propping doors, smoking (the property is smoke free) and fire alarms going off *I will say some of these problems were addressed with residents and were rectified, but since it happened on multiple occasions and not just a one-off situation, it was worth noting.* -Car broken into/ windows smashed a couple of times. Parking at apartments is always at your own risk, so it's a tough luck situation, BUT beware the "security" or "surveillance" only extends to the premium (more expensive) and a few of the general spots, not the whole paid lot.
