The apartment company packed all my belongings into a storage room without my permission and ran the electricity and air conditioning for a whole month. They also threw away all my food. I requested compensation for these expenses and was told to email the head office. Almost two weeks have passed with no response. They keep delaying payment and refusing to compensate me. It's a truly terrible apartment. Don't live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is catastrophic, and do not believe the recent 5-star reviews, they pay us $10 to leave a good review. Management does not care about you. All they want is your money. Nobody has gotten their deposit back (which is $1,500,so if you sign here, you will directly lose that money). Nothing gets repaired. There are so many water leaks. They do NOT answer emails unless you're trying to move in. Look at the bad and real reviews to understand the mess. Winter was horrible, we had no hot water for more than a month, and no water at all for two days. Just search "AIR BUFFALO" on YouTube, and you'll see that even the local News had to get involved because of how terrible the management was to us. I'm telling you this for your own good: DO NOT MOVE HERE.
