Westminster Gardens

I lived in this apartment for a total of seven years, and for four of those years I was here under the current manager after they took over. The property has always been kept clean and well maintained, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. It’s also a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which I’ve always appreciated. Since the new manager came in, everything has become even smoother and more convenient. The atmosphere feels much more friendly and welcoming, and overall the experience has improved a lot. If I come back to Binghamton, I would definitely choose this apartment again.

My company installed and services the security camera system at this property. The grounds are always very clean, the owners are motivated, friendly and have great attention to detail. All of my interactions with tenants have been great and they all had nothing but great things to stay about living there. Awesome, safe place to live!

I lived at Westminster Gardens residence for 2 years, I had a pleasant stay there. Only left because I had to relocate to other state for work. Calm, safe, and at the heart of Vestal.

We lived in Westminster Gardens complex for 1.5 year. We experienced beautiful moments there 😊. Brook and Eva, who manage the complex, are very careing and kind. Brook is a great listener. Anthony, the maintenance manager, was immediately there whenever we needed him. If you're seeking a place to live in Vestal, I highly recommend it here.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment complex for almost five years. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of comfort that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect location close to everything, highly rated schools, BU is five minutes away. Not to mention that bus school and BU bus stop by.
