At one point they must have been doing short-term rentals through 3rd party sites. We booked 2 rooms through a 3rd party back in August 2025 for May 2026 graduation weekend at Binghamton. I called direct a few weeks prior to our visit to confirm the reservation, and after several attempts I was abruptly told I should "find another place". When I explained I had booked this several months ago, she said she'd see what she could do and call me back. She did not. I called several times at the various numbers they post and sent emails. Finally someone answered, blamed the 3rd party site (that I've used successfully without issue for may years), said they may be able to accommodate as they were waiting for students to move out. Promised someone would call me back. Again, did not. I booked somewhere else last minute at substantially more as it was graduation weekend and frankly I was lucky to get anything. I filed a complaint through the 3rd party site. I don't know how they are as student housing but all I know is that was treated like garbage and wish someone would warned me to stay clear.

This place is a scam! If you have dogs they will take more than half of your security deposit and tell you they had to throw out the comforter because there was dog hair! That the towels needed to be thrown out and the place needed to be deep cleaned because of dog har! That the duvet cover had to be thrown out because of dog hair and stains. Not true!!! None of it! They keep your security deposit for 30 days and only give ot back to you if you tell them that you are going down to the dental office ( the owner next door) to collect it! Absolutely ridiculous lies! They are only nice to you to get you to sign a lease! I will be reporting them to the BBB! If I could Zero stars - I would!

When I came back after Halloween, I found this gift at my door. It was very heartwarming. So far, I have been living in 4505 lofts for nearly 3 months and the experience has been great. The facilities and furniture are top-notch, and the manager is very responsible and friendly. Pet-friendly is my favorite aspect. The apartment has a great location and is very suitable for Binghamton students.

Had no issues and was a great stay. I’m in travel healthcare and stayed for 3 months. The area is beautiful!
