Tri City Rentals

This company charged me $900 for regular wear and tear on the carpet in one area. They had to replace the entire carpet because they were too dumb to put wood and the entrance instead of having a full carpet. Meanwhile they have also damaged at least $4000 worth of clothes and shoes due to not wanting to deal with their mold issue. If you do not believe me feel free to go view the reviews for Sugar Hill Apartments. I have contacted management Tim Owens as well as Jenna and regards to this matter and neither one of them cared. Tim Owens actually did not feel the need to contact me back at all. I have pictures of how I left the apartment as well as the evidence of mold on my items. These people are thieves and money hungry. It’s bad enough I was racially profiled before moving into the apartment. Thank God they fired Sarah hopefully someone else can get in the office to fire Tim Owens. I can’t wait to beat them in court

I have been a resident with Tri City Rentals for 10+ years at their Country Club Manor Apartments. It is a beautifully landscaped property that is quiet and welcoming. Office management staff and maintenance staff are kind, caring, efficient, and professional in attending to the needs and concerns of residents. There are choices of lower and upper apartments with your own private entrance into your individual unit. The added amenities of a salt water pool and exercise room are available as well! I enjoy the feeling of home that this complex provides. I am happy living here and I am sure you will be too!

Sheridan Village is great. Kay & Linda in the rental office are very attentive and responsive, the maintenance staff are quick to correct any issues and remove snow in the winter, and the complex itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, you will not find a better apartment in the area, trust me, I looked. I am very pleased that I chose to live here.

I've been a resident at one of Tri City Rentals communities (Sheridan Apartments) for over 20 years, one of my favorite things is once a year in the fall they put on a great Harvest Fest in the community in which I live. It's a really great way to see all my neighbors, new and old! Recently I went on vacation with my family and I had requested a new kitchen! While I was away the maintenance staff was gracious enough to completely re-do my kitchen for me, they put everything back for me and it looks so great. Its been a pleasure to live here and know that the maintenance staff and the office (Kay & Lynda) are always there for my needs!

I've lived in one of these properties for a few years now. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are pretty chill. Rental office addresses issues when they're made aware (a dryer malfunction in the laundry room, arranging time for maintenance so I can keep an eye on my pets, etc). The apartment is clean and bright. The a/c and heat are efficient. I really enjoy living here overall. I'll be sad when I move someday.
