Clean and quiet and everybody seems friendly so far. Nice view on the balcony and a great place to unwind after a long day with an ice cold beverage. Thanks for the recommendation Tony K.

This is a great place to live. I have rented at multiple other places over the years. The building is pristine. I was recommended to check it out by my buddy Tony, I’m glad that I listened to his recommendation.

5 out of 5! Great location in Troy and I love living here! More importantly it’s beautiful, lots of amenities and the staff is attentive, friendly and welcoming.

Scheduled my tour on the city station website and had a successful tour with Chris. James and Dorian are great to chat with and sort out any issues that come up. Any maintenance issues were resolved with 1 day of reporting. Thanks for making my first move to upstate a great one.

Booked a tour via their website, was confirmed for a time, showed up and no one was there. Called the number provided which went immediately to voicemail. Looks like it might be a nice property but be careful when trying to tour.
