Liberty Pointe

Lived at Liberty Pointe for two years and it was an alright experience. However, we had many experiences which did not sit right. First off, the cabinets and building was very poorly built, we had numerous cabinets break, from normal day to day use. We also had no dish washer for almost 5 months, and there was a large delay on fixing it. This is not great considering the price of rent. I would also consider another place if you have a family pet. They allow dogs, however, are not "dog friendly". We were given a hard time about our dog, as were many other neighbors we spoke to. I also have received more accusatory emails at this establishment, than at any college dorm, which is saying a lot. You will hear from management almost every week about something someone did on the property. It is unlike any other apartment i've lived. The neighbors are very friendly but overall property is small and overpriced.

I have been very pleased with living at Liberty Pointe- of the the Marini Homes apartment buildings. The complex is always very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are big and very sound proof which is great! They are dog friendly and have a strict "clean up after your dog" policy which I respect. There is a lot of parking in the front and back of the building and is walkable to many different food and shopping spots. The one downfall is that the apartment building does not have many amenities. Other than that, I am very happy with my experience at Liberty Pointe over the past 4 years!

Never felt more at home living here for 3 years. Lovely, well maintained building. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would rent again if I move back to Latham :)
