This location offers a convenient spot for students, being close to campus and well-situated for accessing various areas, making it a good fit for independent individuals. However, communication with the office can be challenging, and some residents have experienced issues with unresolved maintenance requests, noise, and the timely return of security deposits.

Not very good for me a lot of things need to be improved within the whole complex I must say management has been pretty good with me I did not need a great deal of repairs so I do not have to rely on maintenance all the time I don't know his name but if Henry is the tall young man that was here he's very good very polite knew his business and deserves a raise

literally not as bad as ppl make it seem. i actually love it, close to campus for college kids, yeah there is a weird smell in the hallways and yeah it's a lil unkept and dirty at times but i just walk past that and go into my place and i enjoy my space. renovations were done poorly as paint can be seen chipping in some areas and they just paint over the tile in the shower but honestly it doesn't bother me. my space is relatively quiet minus the natural noises that come with living in albany, but you can't fix that. overall i rlly am enjoying my time here, if ur an independent person who likes being 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in the general area, i dont see why not this place

Came here for a tour today, not a single person in sight. I was given no direction or information about where to go, called the main office and was told they would “ inform someone”. I waited 20 minutes and all of my texts were ignored. Bear in mind I was texting them at the number that they had reached out to me on this same day, so I know it’s the correct number. I still have yet to receive a response. I took time off of work to be here and had my time wasted. I have never had a viewing this unprofessional, genuinely so disrespectful. Working here must be easy, seems like they just pay their staff to do nothing.

Lived here for almost 2 years, we had to deal with multiple cockroach infestations due to neighbors (pest control confirmed it was not us), maintenance requests going un-resolved, and loud music to the point of walls shaking during quiet hours (every weekend...) despite complaints to the office. What was most aggravating was the in-ability to communicate with the office/property management. They almost never answered the phone (you'll find different phone numbers on google, their website, through their portal, etc.) and when they did answer, they would never get back to you. The office was staffed by multiple different people during the period of time we lived there, so often times you would have to explain your grievances/issues to multiple people and have the same conversation over and over again. They were sluggish to correct issues with our lease when it came time to renew, and overcharged us for several months despite signing an 'intent to renew' lease document. We were never sent a formal lease, and so they automatically put us on the month-to-month plan which we had not agreed to. Once we moved out, getting our security deposit nearly became a hassle. After confirming with them that none of our security deposit would be held due to issues/damage to the apartment, they confirmed that it would be sent to us within 2 weeks after our lease ended. The refund was only sent after I had asked them about the status of it, and was sent after this 2-week period that they themselves had committed to. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Would give 0 stars if google allowed.
