Many students appreciate the convenient location, spacious apartments with private bathrooms, and the overall modern feel, along with a generally friendly and helpful staff who host engaging community events. However, some common concerns include frequent and extended Wi-Fi outages, inconsistent trash collection, occasional issues with hot water, and a few instances of miscommunication or disorganization from management regarding billing and move-out procedures.

This is the best place I have ever lived. One of my favorite features is the gym located on the first floor of the property. It saves me the hassle of driving to the gym during the cold Upstate winters. My second favorite feature? The pleasantness and eagerness to help of the staff that work here. 10/10!!!
