These apartments offer a good value for the amount of space, often featuring multi-level layouts and a generally safe, quiet neighborhood, with many residents praising the friendly staff and responsive maintenance team. However, some common issues include basements prone to flooding, outdated interiors, and concerns about insulation leading to high utility costs.

By far the worst place to live, the basement constantly floods and they might say it’s normal and it’s in the lease so it’s ok. But it’s not, code will beg to differ. Plumbing is terrible. Ceilings leak. A great environment for MOLD. do not move here.
