Communication is HORRIBLE. I’ve also not had A/C for over a month now in the worst part of the summer. Idk, to be a tenant here and paying rent it feels like I’m asking too much for things to be what I’m paying for. Maybe it’s just me idk!!

I've been living here for 6 years going on 7 and it's a very peaceful area. The new management is phenomenal. I spoke with Olivia in the leasing office about some concerns with my renewal offer and she reached out to me promptly and offered a solution that worked for me. She reassured me and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much Olivia and Castaway family!

Office refuses to call to give a heads up before someone comes knocking on my door. Why can’t the office at least try to call (even if only 5 mins before) coming to knock on my door??? Something is better than nothing. Poor communication all around.

Terrible place to live, management has been no help with having no a/c for a month workers came in to fix the problem then said they don’t know how to fix the problem put in a half working portable a/c unit then broke the blinds trying to get outside then proceeded to never fix them and brushed it off with zero compensation saying my problem isn’t big enough for them. They do not care about their tenants
