Prosper Azalea City

Listen, I don’t hardly EVER post a review for anything unless you were really THAT good or that BAD. Prosper Azalea City was THAT good!! Atleast for me. I didn’t have any issues applying, getting my utilities set up, asking questions and getting straight answers. I mostly dealt with Madison and she was pretty awesome. She listened and responded very well and very quickly in person and through email. There was another lady in the office who gave us our keys and forgive me, I don’t remember her name! But she was also really amazing. Very attentive, polite, friendly, and had no problems explaining something if I asked. If we had a maintenance problem which hasn’t been very often, they have also came within the 24hrs of me requesting the help. I know this place used to have its bad luck or whatever but ever since they got new employees at the office, it’s been a blessing for me and my family of 4. We got the 2b 1b and it looked very clean and upkept before we even moved in. There were no hidden fees. Everything was the same as the website says it is. They had a discount when we moved in, we applied and got everything the discount said we would. I will say there was a cabinet broken from a recent tenant before me but they offered to fix it while we were moved in and that was mostly because we couldn’t afford to wait until it was done first so that was a personal preference. But the kindness they showed us about fixing it was very nice change for us. The washer and dryer hookups, the dish washer, the shower pressure, hot water, ac, heater, fridge/freezer; all works perfectly fine for us. Carpets and tile weren’t broken or ripped up in any way. No hidden grime or dirt behind the appliances. Balcony’s are dirty because of nature and the weather, I mean that happens. The railing are stable and not broken, same for the concrete that is out there which is something we look for since we do have 2 kids. Most of the neighbors are friendly! I think some are just not people persons lol but I have had on multiple occasions where my neighbors would ask me for help up the stairs to my apartment with some heavy boxes or furniture so I wouldn’t struggle so hard! I wouldn’t think twice about referring someone to live here the way that we are and I’d do it all over again if I had too. Thank you to the staff at the office! UPDATE IT GETS BETTER Somebody got shot and potentially killed on monday July 27th. So much for it being more peaceful. If you enjoy Listening to gunfire on a nightly basis, Vehicles all around the complex wrapped in plastic or bags due to break ins or maybe like staring at all the different kinds of trash laying around the entire complex, This just might be your dream place to live! Come on down to Prosper Azalea. Just dont stare back at any of the people watching you leave your apartment or drive by while clearly brandishing their firearms, They will block the street so you cant leave. But if you sit here and just mind your own business you will just have to look passed all the roaches, spiders and all other kinds of a pest. Maybe some Mold here and there, Dont worry I've only had to request maintenance almost every month. Hopefully one day management will get something under control where its safe for all families but at its current state it is not.

I just wanted to say they came and fixed everything like they promised. The neighborhood has been getting a little quieter after hours, and it's looking a lot better. The maintenance team and the office staff are always nice and friendly, and they really do their best to stay on top of everything going on around here. I really appreciate that, and I'm happy to see the positive changes.
