LaVista Crossing

Horrible experience with this community especially the maintenance people Of course, office management to . The maintenance, it is horrible. I believe that people that have responsibly to maintain, this complex hardly knows how to do their job.

I have been at Lavista Crossing Apartments for more than 12 years and I never had the best experience with management, as they constantly changed owners over time. I highly recommend doing any rental business with Lavista's leasing manager, Ms. S. Glover. She has an exceptional amount of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to resident satisfaction. She has consistently been attentive to detail and ensures that her maintenance team completes pending work orders in a timely manner, especially when a discrepancy is reported to her. Additionally, she takes the time to genuinely listen to residents' concerns, treating each person with respect while proactively checking in with her team to make sure concerns are resolved. Her excellent communication, responsiveness, and genuine ability to remain positive for this community has made living at this property a truly enjoyable experience for my family. She is a tremendous asset to Lavista's property and is a great example of what outstanding customer service should be. Thank you Ms. Glover, I appreciate all your efforts!
