Bad customers service. You will waiting forever for them to respond. They just care what they want but doesn’t care what do you need. That’s horrible. That’s just for the time you move in. When you move out more terribly. They charge you unreasonable fees, I through will got some of my deposit back but no. I need to pay for another month rent, and all the cleaning fee like another pay rent. Please be aware when you sign up for rent and ask for what they will charge you when you move out for everything.

Loved her for 13 yeas. Great staff! Very pleasant and always responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Suwanee!

I am glad I found this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained and clean. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about addressing concerns in a timely manner. One of the things I appreciate most is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests.
