Richmond Row Apartments

I have stayed here for about a little over a year. If you would like to stay at an apartment with no enforcement stay here. They charge you with plenty of smaller fees that have nothing to do with you such as the electricity in the common area we the residents pay it, or the tech fee for super high tech doors that unlock with your phone and your door. Valet trash that only comes 5 days out of the week which causes more problems because we are an enclosed apartment so the halls smell like trash most of the time especially when they come early or don't even show up most of the time. The smoke free rule is total BS with people openly smoking and grilling on the balcony. The workers who are suppose to clean the halls every once in a while sit on the phone and don't really clean anything. You can find animal waste in the halls. It can be food on the floor anything really. I have seen pizza sauce in the stair well for over a year and it has stained. If you want to be waken up in the middle of the night because of a fire alarm going off this is the place smokers actively keep you on your feet so you can get up and go hang out outside till the fire trucks come to turn it off absolute waste of time and energy that I can't spare for negligence. I can go on and on but I want to hope that my time here can save you from whatever this is. I know apartments will never be perfect but it just really feels like the team here doesn't really care there are some select few that do their job well and I thank them but even pointing out rule violators to the office they just send a spam email to everyone saying these are the rules please stop breaking them.

We recently moved into our new apartment and had a great experience. A huge thank you to Hayley and Ben in the leasing office for helping us move our very heavy furniture from the package room to our unit. We honestly don’t know how we would have managed without their help. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and went above and beyond. We’re so grateful for their support and feel very welcomed in our new home!

Moving in process was seamless. Isabella was my representative. She was quick with responses, answered all my questions with no hesitation, assured me along the whole move in process. You can tell they want to help. 10/10 would recommend! No issues so far.

The staff were extremely helpful, communicated with us every step of the way & expedited the process. Other places we looked at told us it would be 7-10dys for move in & Richmond Row got my daughter a place in 3 days! What a relief!! She was moving from another state & we couldn’t have been more happy to have her settled before we left! Would definitely recommend!
