Maintenance was great. It seems that he came out after hours to resolve my issue with my a/c. Even though I told him the a/c was now working he still took the time to look at it.

Do NOT move here whatsoever. the kitchen cabinets was filled with roaches the first day we got here, the maintenance can’t even do their job correctly. It took them from 2023 to 2026 to finally fix two problems! They’ll tell you they fixed it then it’ll stop working once again. we moved here with the dishwasher already not working, the windows are broken that bees will come into your house all summer. edit: ALSO you pay for the pool AND the gym, the pool isn’t even open on days it’s supposed to be open so it’ll be overly hot and you can’t even go to the pool you pay for! then the gym barely has equipment, you’re better off going to plant fitness. and if you’re working you can’t even go to the gym cause of the hours.
