Terrell did a fantastic job on the maintenance work for my unit. He was fast, his customer service was excellent and very thorough in doing the task at hand. I appreciate his kindness and commitment to the job.

I wish I could leave 0 stars, but Google won't allow it. This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments have ongoing roach infestations, and management has done little to effectively address the problem. My rental portal seemed to have issues every month, with additional fees appearing regularly and little explanation or resolution. The staff has been consistently unprofessional. The former property manager, Gail, and the assistant manager, Tamicia, were especially difficult to deal with. Concerns were always dismissed rather than addressed. Tamicia's attitude and professionalism needs to be seriously addressed. The way she talks to residents who are keeping the property running is out of hand. The only staff member who made an effort to help and resolve issues was Kendall. The property's gate is frequently broken, yet residents continue to be charged additional fees while maintenance issues remain unresolved. Complaints rarely lead to meaningful action, and each new management team seems to continue the same practices. If you're considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Calling corporate was no help in my experience, and many of the problems I encountered were never resolved.

From the moment that I came for a tour I was greeted with nothing but professionalism and a beautiful smile by Tamacia. She was simply amazing and the very reason I moved back over here. I didn’t have an appointment to tour but she was so openly ready to give me a tour. Maintenance has been very speedy with getting anything done that I have asked. This property was amazing 3 years ago and simply still hold the same value to with Tamacia and an awesome maintenance staff.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is NO SECURITY. No active officers on the property and the gate is ALWAYS OPEN! There are stray cats to live under your vehicle and tear stuff from under your vehicle. The entire 2 years I lived there, the pool was NEVER open, so forget that amenity! No Amazon lockers or secure place for your packages. NO DEPOSIT BACK!!! Your move out will cost more than your move in! I paid an $800 deposit and they said I owed them over $1,100 at move out with minimal damage (counters and shower) all over the course of 2 years! They never sent me a letter about my fees, I found out through the collections company, who WILL NOT discuss the matter and just want your money. The apartment would get warm when it was cold outside or cold when it was warm outside. I had to call maintenance out almost every week. The staff is constantly changing out more poor staff and nobody can rectify your situation but Gale and that's WHEN she can pencil you in her busy schedule. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!

This apartment complex is a total scam. When you apply, the rent rates you see online are not the rates you’ll end up paying once approved. For example, if the rent is listed as $1,500, expect an additional $259 tacked onto your rent once you’re approved. But that’s not all if your credit doesn’t meet their standards, they’ll charge you a non-refundable security deposit of $750 and add $19 to your monthly rent. They’ve designed everything to nickel-and-dime you, adding fees for things you don’t even need. For example, the "alarm system" is completely useless just makes noise but doesn't alert you or send any notifications. And they offer cable, but I don’t even watch TV. As for pest control? Never saw anyone come to handle that, but you’ll definitely have roaches in your unit, and there are areas in the complex that look like they have mold or water damage really unsettling. The $259 extra on your rent? You'd think that would cover basic services like valet trash, but nope you’re still stuck taking out your own trash. The only positive thing about this complex is the maintenance staff, which is why I gave it 2 stars. This place isn’t about helping people it’s all about taking your money. Do your research and avoid this scam of an apartment complex at all costs. I’ll be attaching pictures and videos to back up my review.
