This property offers a convenient location with great accessibility to daily necessities and a good range of amenities like a pool and fitness center, providing a comfortable and practical living experience. However, some residents have experienced issues with pest infestations, particularly roaches and mold, and there are concerns about the responsiveness of management to maintenance requests and lease-related matters.

If you're like me and look for that one review about roaches before touring a complex, here it is!!!!! The leasing office did nothing about it, no matter how many times I complained. They were EVERYWHERE - and I lived in two buildings here, so it's not just one. The whole place is infested. One time they came to 'bomb the apartment,' and I could not answer the door because I was in the shower, and they left a note on my door that they completed the treatment when they never even stepped inside!!!! Absolutely disgusting
