Mario was very positive, informative, and a bright light. Our interaction felt very personable and genuine. He was sure to include everyone present. Pricing, amenities, floor plans are all worth it. Definitely more excited to move forward, with a great push from Mario!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and response from management regarding serious mold and moisture issues in my apartment. On August 15, maintenance identified an active AC leak in my unit that was leaking into the apartment below. Following that inspection, I discovered widespread mold growth across my air vents, ductwork, and personal belongings. Maintenance attempted a basic surface clean on August 20, but an inspection over the weekend showed active leaks and mold growth remaining inside the vents and throughout my home. Due to my severe asthma my medical provider has officially issued a written medical directive instructing me to avoid exposure to the unit due to symptom exacerbation. As a result, I have been medically displaced and unable to live in my home for over two weeks. I sent formal written notice, official medical documentation, and updated photos via FedEx Express (Signature Required) and email, requesting an HVAC/mold specialist evaluation and a resolution plan, with a response deadline of September 1. I still have not received any formal written contact or resolution plan from RPM Living or leasing staff. I am posting this publicly in hopes that corporate management will finally step in and resolve this matter professionally and amicably.

Upon moving in, I had to put in quite a few maintenance requests. Hillman came and took care of all of them. He went above and beyond! He was kind, respectful, detail-oriented, prompt, and professional. Thank you so much, Hillman!

I love the environment and the surrounding area! The staff was great and made me feel right at home, especially Ken! He was very helpful !
