Karla the leasing lady or whatever is extremely rude her tone is nasty towards people! A new leasing agent needs to be sent out! The way that she runs things and go by things is very unprofessional and discussing I came to tour an apartment and don’t think I will be moving forward

Move in was quick and easy. My apartment is very cozy and affordable. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I will update with pictures once I finish decorating.

I HAVE A HARRY POTTER CLOSET!!! I turned it into a reading nook and still have plenty of room for my clothes. I absolutely love living here. Almost reaching my 1st full year as a resident. This is my first place on my own and I look forward to living here for many more years to come! I suggest this place all the time to my friends and family. It's a major bonus with how affordable the rent and utilities are, especially in this economy. To be able to live comfortably under my means and still save a lot is a massive blessing. I truly appreciate The Pine Village neighborhood offering such affordable living costs. I rarely place maintenance requests but when I do, they're very good on timing and get the job done efficiently. I do not have any infestation problems at all. I rarely see a bug around my place, but I'm also very very clean and stay on top of the kitchen and trash and I'm assuming my neighbors are too because I haven't had any issues with bugs coming from them either. There's always that occasional 1 or 2 every few months, but what place doesn't. I haven't had an issue with the thin walls either... Maybe my neighbors are always quiet or they're not as thin as people say. I probably just have considerate neighbors but one does have a dog that barks sometimes that I can hear. But it's not loud or overly disturbing at all. I can still hear what ever I'm watching just fine. It's a big place for single individual or couple and I love the dark color, open concept, contemporary loft style build. This is so my aesthetic.

I had such a wonderful experience living here. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and welcoming. The property itself was well-maintained, peaceful, and truly felt like home. I especially want to recognize the leasing office. Karla went above and beyond every time I had a question or needed assistance. She is absolutely amazing, professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It made such a difference knowing there was someone in the office who truly cared about the residents and took pride in their work. Any maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and communication was always clear and respectful. I always felt valued as a resident. I’m so grateful for my time here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Absolutely love it here! I've been a resident for years and I have no plans of leaving any time soon. The neighborhood is really nice, the complex is pet friendly and my apt is perfect for what I need. Everyone repects quiet hours (except birds that start going off at 3am but there's nothing to really be done about that lol) and i feel safe at all times. Karla is the absolute best and always helps gets my issues solved quickly and Gary is always quick to respond to maintenance requests. They've both made sure I know to call them as soon as issues arise since i never want to be a bother haha. Nothing but great experiences with both of them!
