Below standard. Its an apartment, that's about it. Its not amazing looking in anyway. The playground is trash, but our kids are only supposed to play on the playground, or you could be fined for it. The pool is filled with green rain water. Likely hasn't been opened in years. I was sold a upgraded unit. Its not upgraded. Whatever ok. The parking is limited, if you have two cars, prepare to take a permanent spot in the guest parking. Dont know about everyone else, but i keep getting notices and messages, its not violations, but it's kinda like warnings about community rules, but if im not breaking a rule why am i getting pre-warnings about rules? It feels like harassment. That combined with quality of the amenities im giving this place 2 stars. Dont see how anyone would call this a "hidden gem", its literally the bottom of the barrel when it comes to apartments.

The staff is kind and caring. The office is always so pleasant and friendly. I of course like the snacks but as of late seems to be a lil budget issue ... 😂...
