Cortland bought them out and said the problem are the trees let's cut them all down. I'm sure that will fix the roach infestation or the rat problem near the garbage disposal area.

I had an amazing experience touring with my leasing agent Gerald Heavens. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made this one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever had. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable leasing experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!
