Retreat at Savannah Apartments

Don’t move here. Today they resurfaced the bathroom in the apartment above mine. They didn’t vent that apartment and now mine is filled with hazardous fumes. I have a lung condition and an infant, they don’t answer the phone, my ceiling is falling apart. The maintenance man and the neighbors are good people.

Kylie is a gem. Excellent communication which is a must in this industry and unfortunately something lacking in a lot of apartment complexes in this area. Clear communication about what to expect in the process. Annnnnd thoughtful! I had an apartment selected and she called me to let me know that she actually had one that is accessible that would help my mom better ! Honestly so refreshing. Hoping to make the retreat my new home soon !

I just want to give a 5-star shout out to Richard in maintenance! He’s constantly looking out for us and making sure we’re taken care of. He’s a joy to have around in the community and has a great heart with a lot to give!

Ive lived here for about 3 years and the best thing about this apartment complex ins the Maintence coordinator, Richard. He is always a pleasure to talk to and prompt to address any issue I have.
