From Ms. Caterina, who is always welcoming, professional, and eager to help, to Malaysia in the leasing office, every interaction is a positive experience. Watching Malaysia work with prospective residents is truly impressive—she takes the time to educate, guide, and make every person she meets feel valued and informed. As a resident who has lived here for some time, I can confidently say the maintenance team is exceptional. They are prompt, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of. The entire Ramsey Run staff works together to create a welcoming, well-managed community. Their dedication, customer service, and teamwork truly set them apart. I highly recommend Ramsey Run to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I had the pleasure of touring Ramsey Run Apartments with Malaysia, and it was an outstanding experience. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel as though I was already home. I also had the opportunity to meet the entire team, including the maintenance staff, and everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning to submit my application once my finances are in place. I had the pleasure of touring the property with Malaysia, and she was absolutely amazing! Her personality was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour, and never made me feel pressured. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Although I’m not quite ready to apply at this time, I truly appreciated the experience and the exceptional customer service Malaysia provided. When I am ready, this property will definitely be at the top of my list. Thank you for making such a positive first impression!

I moved in a month ago and I love it so much ,I would love to shout out Malaysia for helping me move in when I had no one else,she was very accommodating and very understanding ,I came from NC and I felt very welcomed

Since moving into Ramsey Run, I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. I have submitted numerous maintenance requests for even the simplest repairs, yet maintenance rarely comes to complete the work. I began to wonder if it was because I have an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). My dog is kennel-trained and is always secured in the kennel whenever my husband and I are away. I have even taken time off work to be home during maintenance visits to make the staff feel more comfortable, since my ESA has a loud bark, but despite my efforts, my work orders continue to go ignored. Today was the final straw. After work, I went to the leasing office to ask why my apartment had not received its scheduled preventive maintenance inspection. I pay for services such as air filter changes, pest control, and maintenance repairs, yet those services are rarely provided. Instead of receiving an explanation, I was met with rudeness and complete disrespect. The leasing agent, Malaysia, was extremely rude, and the Property Manager, Catarina, was just as unprofessional. While I was trying to calmly explain my concerns, the Property Manager repeatedly held her finger up to silence me while vaping during our conversation. I found that behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She never allowed me to fully explain my concerns and immediately sided with her leasing agent without listening to my side. I simply wanted to understand why my apartment had been marked as inaccessible. I was told that my dogs were out of their kennels, which was completely false. I have security cameras inside and outside of my apartment that would prove otherwise. As the conversation became more heated, the leasing agent, Malaysia, physically put her hands on me while I was speaking and using hand gestures. At no point did I touch her. While words were exchanged, I have never experienced such disrespect from a management team anywhere I have lived. If you have an ESA or simply expect maintenance requests to be completed, this is not the place to live. In my experience, work orders are ignored, and I do not believe maintenance requests are always submitted or handled properly. The property itself has many safety concerns. The wooden walkways leading to apartments are loose, the stairways feel unstable, and the foundations seem poorly maintained. It does not feel safe sitting on the patios or in the breezeways. Security is another major issue. There are no security cameras, very little security presence, and several of my neighbors have had their vehicles broken into. Vacant apartments have reportedly been occupied by squatters because units were not properly secured. I also submitted maintenance requests for my bedroom air conditioner over three to four months ago because it would not cool properly. No one ever came to inspect or repair it. My husband and I eventually had to purchase and install our own portable air conditioner just to sleep comfortably. If you have an emergency after hours, do not expect immediate assistance. Despite being told there is an on-call maintenance technician, no one responds until the following morning. In my experience, that service simply has not existed. My building has experienced flooding, plumbing issues, and other maintenance problems, yet residents have received little to no communication from management. One of my downstairs neighbors had water pouring through the kitchen ceiling for hours. We were unable to reach maintenance because the maintenance phone had been turned off. We eventually had to personally knock on the maintenance technician’s door to get help. That level of service is unacceptable. There are countless other issues I could mention, but these experiences alone should speak for themselves. Savannah has many apartment communities on the Southside where residents are treated with professionalism and where maintenance concerns are addressed promptly. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Ramsey Run.
