Watching the YouTube video of this white ladies altercation with a black woman that she fired is clearly racist. That woman is clearly racist and had something against this lady that worked there that was Black. The comment where she said that she thought her house was going to be shot up was completely reaching. And that is the most annoying part about white folks getting into altercations with brown people . They always play victim and this woman is absolutely playing the race card with this one. I mean, how scared can you be of a 9 to 5 working woman with children? That remarked just doesn’t sit right with me. And it definitely seems like you’re playing the race card from the police footage that’s shown for millions of people to view. It definitely makes me question what type of business you run and what type of people you have running your business.

I love living here, I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where the girls in the office LITERALLY care about you so much. They do anything and everything to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Caroline has gone above and beyond for me and I could not be more grateful for her and this team.

After being a resident for a long time, I’m very disappointed with the direction of this property. There have been several management changes, and instead of taking responsibility, the current management—especially Carolina—often blames the previous management for issues that residents are now expected to deal with. Communication has been frustrating, maintenance has been poor, and noise has also been a recurring problem. My most recent experience involved a $250 pet fee being added without prior notice, even though the pet information had already been provided to previous management. The current management even acknowledged that I was not notified about the charge. Unfortunately, after disagreements with management, some of the way these issues have been handled has felt personal and retaliatory rather than professional. I’m sharing this so prospective residents can make an informed decision. Management and communication matter just as much as the apartment itself. this place is not feel like home anymore .. is a jail.

I loved living here! Was a great price and luxurious

This apartment is not luxury like they're advertised. The staged apt they had was way nicer like specifically the automatic closing drawers. We did not have those just the staged. And then the vinyl on our cabinets was literally falling off but they still haven’t replaced it for months now .The gate never works so it’s not really a gated community as advertised . The trash is $30 a mo i think and they only come on certain days and change up the rules . We also had a bug infestation in our pantry like i said the apartment is not luxury like they're advertised , and it isn’t worth $1900 ! I just feel like it's not luxury at all. And it’s one of the worst experiences everrrr. The pool is nice though except it's under a large tree so it's always dirty!
