I've had a few issues, but Jose, the maintenance person, is really helpful and has assisted me in every situation. He's an excellent person.

Since RR living has taken over the property has done a complete 180. Service request are being taken care of in a timely fashion. They are currently upgrading ALL of the hvac systems. Maintenance crew is very professional and explain their plans of action when asked which I really appreciate that.

I’ve had a great experience visiting Linden at Southover in Savannah, GA. The community is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and any concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly. I especially want to recognize Rashaad from the maintenance team. He is professional, courteous, and always willing to help. He responds quickly and has a thorough knowledge of his job answering any questions I may have had. His positive attitude and dedication really stands out. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience visiting Linden at Southover and appreciate the hard work of the entire team. I would definitely recommend the community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in Savannah.

I've been at my apartment for a few years now this is the third company that has taken ownership of this property and by far is superior than any other company I have rented from they have had amazing parties for the residents they have cleaned up the entire property and have been amazing to work with in the office as well as the maintenance team shout out to Jose for always coming through and always on top of every problem that comes his way thank you guys for the great experience
