I had a great experience with Taylor during my leasing process at Legends at Chatham. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process and made everything easy and straightforward. I really appreciate all her help getting me into my new apartment. Thank you, Taylor!

All of the staff is absolutely amazing. I’m only leaving four until a couple more months to make sure I continue having a great experience! Maintenance came and fixed what I needed done immediately I’ve gotten responses quickly and Taylor was also amazing and she didn’t mind me thoroughly looking through the apartment one more time before I signed my lease. I could’ve went with the cheaper option in the area for a two bedroom as well, but they definitely left impression on me that’s worth paying more.

Walked in after I drove by the tucked in but attractive looking complex and was immediately greeted by Taylor who took the time to genuinely explain the community details as well as learn about myself and my needs. She was so charming, knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the right solution for me. Definitely going to be applying because of the experience she gave me!
