Worst experience ever

I am only giving this complex 2 stars because the office and maintenance staff are wonderful people. However, being wonderful cannot fix the fact that the HVAC units haven’t been replaced since 2011. Our unit has gone out 11 times in the past 2 years. I have contacted as many people as I can about this and continuously am pushed from one person to another with no real solution. And yes, I am writing this in 81 degrees because our unit is broken again. Don’t bother living here.
