Resumen de reseñas con IA
While some residents have had positive experiences with individual staff members and appreciate the community's festive door decorating contests, a recurring theme in reviews highlights significant challenges with maintenance responsiveness and overall property upkeep. Many report long delays in addressing repair requests, including essential appliances like washers and dryers, and issues with pest control, mold, and general cleanliness within units and common areas. Communication from the leasing office is often cited as a major frustration, with residents struggling to get in touch with staff or receive timely, accurate information.

This is a not a paid review !! I just wanna acknowledge Heather in the leasing office she’s been really kind and helpful to me. She explains everything and has good energy! I’ve had nasty people working in some places I’ve applied so I’m glad To stumble upon someone like her. She’s really Sweet!

Heather is very bad at communicating when trying to get proper move in date. After signing a lease was told that unit isn’t available. Why would you let someone sign for a certain date if unit wouldn’t be ready for that date. Then when asked to speak to a REAL manager she doesn’t even allow you to.

People need to know that this place is a mess from the start. I didn't even finish my tour before disaster struck. First of all, the office itself is dirty, dirty stained chairs, paint scuffed, etc. Second, driving through, patios/decks are dirty, covered in all kinds of junk and do not look well kept, the condo screen doors were gross just from the onset. We decided to go ahead and tour, and it only got worse. Pool CLOSED (in the middle of the summer?), 24hr fitness center CLOSED (they're getting new equipment... so they closed the whole place? WITH CHAIN AND PADLOCK???), dumpster overflowing with box springs and stuffed chairs sitting next to them (right by the front entrance). Then enter the apartment: trash outside by the door and around the stairwell, upon entering it REAKED, like cigarettes, chemicals, paint, and the vague smell or something dead or rotting(?). Decided to walk out on the deck to check it out, and started slipping all over the place... the deck paint was WET??? To be fair the lady who was touring us, did not know. BUT when we realized our shoes were COVERED in paint (expensive sandals mostly ruined), we tried to re-enter the apartment to exit, and were told that because the linoleum fake wood floors were freshly cleaned (even though we could see dirt and paint flakes on them) we were asked to either remove our shoes and walk barefoot through the apartment to get out, OR climb the patio fence to get out...WHAT? Then nothing was done to rectify, no offer of a wet wipe, a water bottle, etc? just wanting to know when we'd be back to tour again... definitely not... BEWARE before even trying to tour...
