Incentivizing 5-star reviews during the tour is a very dishonest practice. About every 4th review is from someone that has never lived at the property. Beware

1. Garbage disposal was broken upon move in. Maintenance gone until after Labor Day, leaving us with 4 days of a filled, smelly sink. We’re having to clean our dishes in the communal sink, but even that does not have a garbage disposal (that we can see), so the sink also fills up 2. Cockroach on our 3rd day 3. We are in the apartment that is right above the mail room. So when someone scans to get in, we can hear loud buzzing noises and sometimes voices, as if someone were speaking on the phone right inside our apartment. This we can tune out for now, but we have a baby on the way and I worry the noise will bother the baby. 4. We love the coffee machine, it’s a life saver and sooo delicious. We love the other amenities and extra space the apartment provides 5. Move was easily facilitated but the downside is that only one side of the apartment building/parking garage has an elevator and when pregnant, this is not fun for me as it is on the opposite side of our apartment. The stairs side locks when at ground level so you have to walk thru the gate to the other side of the parking deck where the elevator is. Not sure why there is no key card entry option for that stairway.
