This community offers a great location with convenient access to groceries, parks, and restaurants, providing a generally clean and quiet living environment with modern, well-kept units. However, consistent concerns include limited visitor parking, which often leads to guest cars being booted, and occasional delays in maintenance requests.

I’ve been here for over a month now and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, the location is great, and communication has been excellent. Brett, the leasing/management team, and the maintenance team have all been great—very helpful, responsive, and always willing to listen and help when needed. I really appreciate everyone’s effort. Looking forward to continuing to enjoy living here!

Work orders are long. Takes 1-3 mths for someone to come by and fixed what needs to be fixed. Gate entrance is broken more often than I'd like which allows the public to have access to residents entrances and parking spaces. Some residents don't pick up after their fur babies.

Boy in office is not friendly at all. I came for a tour and was rushing so I forgot my ID I offered to show a picture and give something for collateral while touring. I was turned around after driving 40 mins. No longer interested in property.

Pros: Tour was good, I did a self-guided (even though I hate those bc i'm left to figure things out on my own), but I loved the layout, the gym, and the pool. The apartment has big refrigerators which I love and balconies. Cons: 1. I noticed the one bedroom I viewed has a tub shower one of the main reason I wanted to move here was because their website and all their virtual tours show stand up glass showers. It wasnt until I toured that I realized every OTHER unit has a glass & the ones in between has tubs. So on their youtube Unit 1265 has a glass shower, but the unit next to them (Unit 1263) is tub, then Unit next to them (1261) has a glass shower. Its worth taking a look at the community map and counting every other Unit starting with (1065, 1165,1265,1365) to see which do & dont have a stand up tub. I applied to Unit 1307 & had the leasing message to confirm with the current tenant that there's a tub and I was correct it does. It's just misleading their website needs to specify they do every other apartment differently with the bathroom. 2. Because the visitor parking lot in so tiny (theres like 10 spots or less), your guest have to pay to park, Its almost $15 for 12 hours which is ridiculous. They need to extend the entry gate a bit and lend some of the residents spots to blend with the guest spots, maybe added like 10 more spots and make it free like other apartments. 3. I was conditionally approved because I my credit file was unsatisfactory despite having a high credit score, but maybe so credit cards that reported late so I needed a guarantor. I've never needed that ever since moving to Atlanta. I declined & they gave me back my app/admin fees but Equity Residential properties look too much into your credit for me which is funny bc I applied to an apartment that has Approveshield & was approved in 2 days.
