Over all staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are handled expeditiously. A special shout out to Guideon. He always goes above and beyond to help me with requests that aren’t necessarily part of his responsibilities. I’ve been here a few years and I’ve not been disappointed.

9/1/2026 Update Just signed a new lease and this time Tammie was there to help me through the process. We didn’t think it would happen 😅 but she was very helpful through every part of the process and enjoyed getting to work with her. Now I’m moved in and enjoying my new place. Can I just say Ebony was the best to work with in getting my first apartment! She understood what I was looking for and patiently helped me through the process. I’m excited to start my new life here. Things that needed to be fixed were done right away.
