I lived here for 3 years and everything about this community was great! Maintenance was prompt and professional and took care of my requests quickly and efficiently. Would recommend making Cortland your home 🙂

They allow dogs to poop in the hallways.

Very high frequency of power outage. Been here for only 2 years but had at least 6/7 power outages already. The funny thing is even an ordinary temporary thunderstorm can cause a multi hour power outage… very inconvenient
