Nova River District

My wife and I walked into Nova last October to view this incredible place. We loved that we could walk on the riverfront, be right nextdoor to literally everything awesome that Rome has to offer! We signed the lease shortly after and have loved our experience! From day one Caley, Anna, Hillary and Todd have felt like family to us. Not only were they kind, attentive and professional on the day we met, but continued to be a dream to interact with daily! We never had issues with our apartment but even tiny requests or questions were met or answered diligently. The staff, the amenities, the cleanliness...all 100% top notch! Highly recommend checking this place out if arts, music, food etc...is your thing. You will love the location, the staff and the apartments themselves!

If you are looking for a hip place to move in Rome, why not consider a place located in the heart of the city. The property is new & beautiful with all the amenities one might need. So close to downtown that you can walk to dinner, take in a play and finish with drinks. Nova River District can’t be beat. and the staff is top-notch!

Nova River District is a wonderful place to call home. Anna and Hillary have been excellent. Maintenance is also great and quick to respond.

Since day one of stepping through the front door. I was greeted with a smile and it’s been nothing short of respectful. I met Anna, Marketing Rep. (lease staff) and she gave me a complete tour of the entire property commenting on every detail as we walked along the tour. She had an answer for every question without hesitation. NRD was running a promotion for new move ins so I benefited from this and had February rent free! How nice is this! Thank you! I met Hillary and Caley along the move in process and they greeted me with smiles, gratitude and any help they could provide. Todd the maintenance staff and Mike do a fine job, the interior property hallways get touch ups weekly and they respond immediately to any requests. We have monthly activities planned and opportunities to get to know our neighbors. There is more to come as HotWorx is being built on the lower level. Location is perfect, walkers paradise! This is a beautiful place to live, it feels like a resort. I can say without reservation, this is a great place to call home😊

I moved to Georgia with the intention of eventually buying a house. In the meantime I was thrilled to have found Nova River District. The apartments are beautifully designed and well-insulated, meaning low utilities and a quiet environment. Caley, Hillary and Anna in the office are friendly, professional and helpful. Todd and the maintenance team are responsive in a timely manner. The frequent community events are fun and a great way to meet neighbors. The apartment complex is located a short walk away from downtown and with easy access to the Rome area.
