Many students appreciate the friendly and helpful leasing staff, often highlighting a smooth application process and comfortable, spacious apartments that offer good value. However, a recurring concern is the slow response to maintenance requests, with some residents experiencing ongoing issues with appliances, air conditioning, and even mold, which can impact day-to-day living and overall satisfaction.

Since I moved here, there has always been a problem; my AC went out twice, as well as the stove and fridge, and now the toilet is leaking downstairs. I would take the reviews from previous tenants seriously.

I moved here a couple of months ago, and honestly, I'm getting more and more disappointed with this place. They promise you rent discounts and then come up with a gift card when you pay, so don't trust these people. The pool is out of order, the gym doesn't have any exercise machines, and the event room is abandoned. The place always smells like marijuana, and people don't pick up after their pets. I'm still not sure if moving here was the best decision.
