Avonlea Pointe

I recently moved out after 2 years of living here. I can’t say that I had a bad experience with the staff at all. The maintenance team took care of all my request in a very timely fashion. I’ve never had an issue with packages getting stolen. I could literally leave a package at my door for two weeks and it would be there as if it belonged there. My only complaint is the lack of consequences for the rule breakers in the complex. But honestly if you just mind your business, it will be a peaceful experience living there.

I moved to Avonlea Pointe last year and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, well maintained, and the saltwater pool is a lovely bonus. But what really stands out is the leasing team. Alondra Valdez has been incredibly helpful throughout my time here! She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. She helped me with my referral process and was always easy to reach whenever I had questions. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like your concerns actually matter. I also want to give a shoutout to Rose, who helped me during my move in. She was so welcoming and chill, and made the whole transition smooth and stress free. Sadly she’s no longer here, but she left a great first impression that set the tone for my experience. Between Rose and Alondra, I’ve consistently felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Avonlea Pointe if you’re looking in the Duluth area. Great community, great team.

I had such a great experience working with the team at Avonlea Pointe Apartments, especially Harry and Quinten. They moved super fast when it came to getting my application approved and submitted, which I really appreciated because I was kind of stressed about the process. They were also very patient with me the entire time and made sure I understood everything step by step. I never felt rushed or confused, and they stayed on top of everything. You can tell they actually care and want to help. I can’t wait to move in!!!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the staff here. I truly miss Rose — was amazing and always went above and beyond. That said, Alondra has been just as wonderful. She has been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed anything and always assists without any complaints. It's reassuring to know there are still such dedicated and supportive people here. Thank you, Alondra, for all that you do!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and there are numerous walking paths and more than ten seating areas throughout the complex, making it perfect for breakfast or an evening outdoors. The maintenance team and managers are exceptional. The staff is always cheerful and ready to assist you with any needs you may have. The residents here are incredibly friendly and often stop to chat for a few minutes. With over 500 people living in the complex, it’s important to remember that everyone is a neighbor. Instead of asking someone if they’re new, simply greet them with a friendly “Hello, neighbor” and introduce yourself. This is a community where many residents have been living for months and even years. It’s a warm and caring place, and I’ll definitely miss it. P.S. Please check your email address provided to the apartments, as there are various events happening within the complex. However, I unfortunately missed most of them due to work commitments, although other family members were able to attend on my behalf. We moved out because we found a house and moving in December 5 2025
