Lived here for two years during grad school. Best choice for walking distance to campus and for being on top of most maintenance requests within 24 hours

This is one of the best apartment complexes for sure. Great and fast staff/ workers in the office. They have an awesome pool and amenities. They're always making sure needs are met and fulfilled and they do special offerings on occasions. The units are nice, great size, and a good cost.

Wish I could give College Station 100 stars! The apartments are great, especially for their price range. Washer/dryer being in-unit is clutch. Amenities are awesome and well-kept. The office staff are amazing and very friendly! They will help you out with any questions you have! Also, maintenance requests are answered promptly and done well, which is key for an apartment complex to be successful (other places need to take notes!!!). This is the best value for an apartment in Milledgeville.
