So I’ve been living here for about 2 years now. Maintenance always responded quickly, administration has always been great to me, I would be staying here for longer if it wasn’t for me wanting to be closer to work. Really big shout out to Sabre for making this a very smooth transition!!

I moved in about a month ago, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Melanie was amazing—she guided me through every step, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Any small maintenance issues I noticed were addressed within 48 hours, which I really appreciated. Each apartment unit has its own unique charm, and I absolutely love mine! The water pressure is great, and while I haven’t used the dishwasher yet, it’s brand new. The area is surprisingly quiet for its location. We're near the train tracks, so you might hear the occasional train, but it’s not too loud—just something to be aware of. The trash area is kept fairly clean, which is a plus. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the lawn/yard—it could use a bit more care. Xfinity internet works great for the few devices I use. Paying rent online was super easy and convenient. Overall, I’m really happy here so far👌

Applying and moving in at Victorian Village was an absolute breeze thanks to Melanie and Helena. Melanie gave a fantastic tour and was communicative and helpful throughout the application process. The apartments themselves are unique and genuinely very hard to beat in terms of location. It’s on a nice quiet street with plenty of nature around despite being so close to the square. Helena was very kind and prepared on the day of move in and Melanie has been so helpful and professional throughout. If you want to live in a beautiful unique location check these apartments out!
