The Community Manager Deirdre Phillips made my day. She is wonderful. She found the solution to my problem with NO EFFORT, she made me felt that she heard me and understood my frustration! PLEASE KEEP HER IM SURE SHE WILL MAKE US OLDER TENANTS (ie long time renters) FEEL IMPORTANT TO THIS COMMUNITY.

Bobby was great! He was so kind and amazing! He was thorough in showing us the property. We loved that we were able to speak both Spanish and English with him. Absolutely the best!

Finding a place that truly feels like home isn’t always easy, but Preserve at Tara Mill has exceeded my expectations in every way\! I absolutely LOVE living here, and it has genuinely been one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been amazing, attentive, and genuinely caring toward residents. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they take the time to listen and follow through. Even maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within 24 hours—which makes such a meaningful difference in everyday apartment living. I especially want to recognize Monica, who is incredible at solving problems. Any issue or concern I’ve had, Monica has addressed promptly and efficiently. She is truly the best! Jocelyn is also a superstar at her job! No matter what I’m looking for or what kind of help I need, she always finds a solution. She is incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. My experience has been so positive that I decided to transfer to a larger apartment within the community instead of moving somewhere else! The entire process was smooth and easy. The team answered all of my questions, accommodated my needs, and made the transition quick and stress free. I genuinely enjoy living here. The staff, service, and overall experience have been wonderful, and I love this place so much that I honestly wish I could stay here forever! ❤️ If you’re looking for a great place to live with a team that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend Preserve at Terrell Mill!!
