The Park on Windy Hill Apartments

I went on a tour of this apartment complex today, and Melody King was my tour guide. She was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, funny, encouraging, and above all, she made the process to applying for here sooo easy! This apartment complex is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to move in! Melody, thank you for making this place become my home!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Melody! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Melody was patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a huge difference in my experience. If you’re looking for a leasing consultant who genuinely cares about her residents and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend Melody. Edit 1: So a neighbor can make a noise complaint for footsteps on a creaking floor while making noise themselves with odors coming out their unit apparently. Original: Half a year review Amenities No in unit laundry which is a bummer. Theres an amazon locker but I had a package stolen from them. They sometimes jam too. Area Not awful. Near the battery and some shops but right next to an air force base and a cemetery. Anthem blows at 8am and 4pm. Church bell makes some noise too. Bathroom Not as big as my last. Minimal storage. Toilet has a button instead of a lever. Wasn't cleaned before I moved in. Bedroom On the smaller side. No walk in closet. Floor creeks. Kitchen On the smaller side again but has first gas stove. Sink and fridge are smaller than i would like. No microwave. No island. Laundromat Not free. Not close by. One of the washers tore my pants and shirts to shreds. Management Hit with a $200 late fee after getting rear ended and explaining my predicament. Also can’t pay with a bank account after an issue with a transfer and returned payment after 6 months of no missed payments. Neighbors Someone scratched my car and I have a feeling it was someone here. Someone also left a note on my car stating they'll get it towed if I park in a specific spot. There is no assigned parking. Noise complaint made against me for walking while they make noise Parking 2 per unit can't complain. Can usually find a spot. Price Cheaper than my last 2 apartments at least but internet isn't included. Had to call at and t to do some work. Paid a cleaning fee upfront for when I move out. Safety and security No front gate or fire sprinkler system unfortunately. Only one lock on the door. Transportation Neqr i75 and i285. Wish there was a marta train station in the area but no fault of the complex. Conclusion Wish i had a little more space and in unit washer and dryer.

Came in for a Tour and ended up applying. These apartments are beautiful! Melody King was our tour guide and she was extremely knowledgeable. Her down to earth energy and attitude sold us. Thank you Melody for helping us with this process. She was very patient and she answered all of our questions. We love the park area for the kids, the fitness area and not to mention the laundry facility. We were sold right away.

I had a great experience touring The Park on Windy Hill Apartments. Brennan was absolutely wonderful! He was kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire tour. He took his time explaining all the important details and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how comfortable he made the experience. He was patient, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend asking for Brennan!
