The worst apartment complex imaginable: the pool is filthy and is constantly closed for no reason, and the apartments are damaged and prone to fires. Trash is always strewn about outside, and they never clean it up. No one pays attention or comes to fix things, even when the place is literally falling apart around you. 0/10.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a week, and the little I can say so far is that maintenance pays no attention to you and doesn't care. I’ve asked them to come and fix things multiple times; they say they’ll come, but no one ever shows up. I’ve lived in other apartments that were truly 10/10—whenever I needed something fixed, they’d come right away—so I’m surprised that here they just ignore you; I expected it to be different. Also, the pool is closed. I’ve noticed—and heard from others—that it stays closed and dirty for months. Given the attitude I’ve seen from the start, I wouldn't recommend this place.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!!! Worst experience we ever got. They said the complex have a pool, that they never opened in three months, the fitness center have just the basics that by the way, don’t work. My water heater it’s from 1992, completely rust, we requested a replacement for that over three mouths ago and nothing yet, it’s so bad that my shower curtains are getting red because of the water with rust that come out of it, but they said that if still gets the water hot, then they cannot change it. We use that water for everything, dishes, clothes and baths because that’s the only option we have. My bathroom light didn’t work for two weeks, we fixed ourselves. My shower cannot be regulated, it’s just ice cold or boiling hot, requested to be fixed, maintenance staff got into the apartment several times to look at it, always the same, say they need to change some part of it but never change anything, also told us by email that was fixed, but it was never fixed. In 4 days living here we found 3 cockroaches living in drains and carpets. I would love to say that’s the only case of that complex, but scrolling two minutes in those reviews and you will see the same problems I’m saying.

I want to recognize Marvin and Wilham from the maintenance team for going above and beyond to help me when my garage door was struck by lightning. I first approached Marvin around 5:30 p.m., and he genuinely tried everything he could to help me. Even though he was limited in what he could do at that time, I really appreciated his willingness to assist and the effort he made. Wilham was also incredible. Because there is no interior access to my garage, getting the door open was not an easy situation. He asked me to give him about an hour, took the time to figure out how to release and open the door, and came back in less than an hour with a solution. He could have easily said there was nothing more he could do, but instead he took the initiative to figure it out and came back to help me. Marvin and Wilham both deserve recognition for their effort, kindness, and willingness to help. I truly appreciated what they did for me, especially Wilham taking the extra time to find a solution when there wasn't an obvious one. Thank you both!
