The Apex Apartment Community Marietta

I have only lived here just under a year, but I have already worked to re-sign my lease! I have had no complaints from living here and I feel price for the quality and area is totally fair. I have only had a couple minor work orders placed in my time here and they were addressed within 1-2 days! I encourage anyone looking for an apartment to at least stop in for a tour, it'll be worth your time! Special shout out to Sabre for being so kind and patient while I start to renewal process!

My name is Mary Williams I reside in one of their 1bd unit 101. I've been here for 3yrs. I also used to live here before with my daughter and grandson. We lived in a 3bd &2bd units. The management at that time did little to maintain their property awful. This time around I'm bless to return to Marietta Life, their property is beautiful, well maintained apartments are spacious. Affordable rent prices. Any repairs I ran into was address in a timely manner. The area is very nice and quiet. Great location Atlanta United practice facility directly across the street. Local transportation stops right in front of the complex. Beautiful growing community to live in, if you're looking for a great apartment Apex apartments is the way to go.

I have lived at The Apex for a year now, and I’ve enjoyed it since the day I first toured. I love the overall look of the community, and the lighting at night makes me feel very safe. There’s a strong sense of community and there’s almost always someone out on their porch or walking their dog, which makes it feel welcoming. I’ve also had a great experience with maintenance. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been completed within about two days or less, which I really appreciate. I did have one negative experience. I understand the property is still being renovated and that the current management has had to address issues left by previous owners. However, residents were notified very late about exposed wires in some units and were given very little time to resolve the issue, even though it seems management had known about it for a while. It was frustrating to be told the responsibility was on residents when it felt like it should have been handled earlier. When I went to the front office, the response from one staff member was not very understanding, and the situation felt unnecessarily stressful. That said, every other interaction I’ve had with the front desk has been positive, and the staff has generally been very kind and helpful. Overall, I really do enjoy living here and am happy to be staying for another year. -Victoria, Unit 27, The Apex
