While the property offers an affordable option with a welcoming initial experience from some staff members, particularly during the leasing process, be aware of potential challenges. Several residents have reported recurring maintenance issues, from plumbing and heating problems to broken gates and electronic locks, along with concerns about cleanliness in common areas and the overall condition of the units upon move-in. Communication with management regarding these issues and financial matters, like honoring specials or security deposit returns, has also been a frequent point of frustration for some.

Pool opened 3 weeks late and is always too filthy to swim in. Literally green and looks like a swamp. Lots of crime and break ins here and the office manager talks to residents like she works at mcdonalds. Very rude and unprofessional. Cant wait to move out of here soon, stay away

I definitely should have listened to the other reviews before signing a lease this was one of the few places in the area that I could actually afford. Unfortunately, I had issues from the very beginning. A big reason I chose this place because they were advertising a special of a free month's rent if I signed up that month. I ended up going back and forth with them for over 8 months trying to get them to honor it. Thankfully I had screenshot of the agent telling me about the offer. But they only agreed to honor it after I had already signed the buy-out so I wasn’t eligible to receive it. The very first week I moved in, my water stopped working and gross stuff was coming out of my toilet and tub. So I put in a service ticket. Their "plumber" came at almost 10pm. Thankfully my boyfriend was there because I would never answer the door that late on my own! Apparently, my neighbor had a plumbing issue, which affected mine. Once he fixed hers, my issue resolved but knowing I had literal poop backing into my tub was disturbing! Then there was an issue with my freezer and it leaked water all into my fridge. Not long after that, my front door handle broke and I couldn't get out of my apartment door, maintenance did come quickly at least. I thought the electronic lock would be awesome but it gets jammed ALL. THE. TIME. The gate into the complex didn’t work for almost the entire time I was there. It got fixed for about a month once, but was quickly broken again. After looking closer around the apartment, I could see where they had just painted over cracks everywhere without actually fixing them and they didn’t do a great job because it started chipping off; there were tiny specks of white paint everywhere, especially in the bathroom. You can see where they just painted over mold in the kitchen and bathroom, which is a health hazard. I couldn't use my tub for baths at all because of a huge crack in it. The frame of my bathroom door was busted. My heat went out November and I was without it for almost 2 week with no updates from maintenance. They kept saying it was fixed but it kept stopping again overnight. I had to leave a note explaining that yes, it turns on but it doesn't STAY on so don't leave immediately. Had to leave work early multiple times to go to the office to get updates to find out that they were waiting on a part. Terrible communication. The water smells really weird and the faucets had staining I couldn't get off. No one picks up after their dogs so there is poop all over the grass areas. Parking spaces are super narrow and there aren't enough of them. The walls are super thin so you better hope you don’t have a neighbor who blasts music in the middle of the night on weekdays like I did. There are scheduled trash pick up days and times but it wasn’t always picked up. I was right next to the woods so I had animals get into it when it wasn’t picked up. Their office employees are nice enough but the never answer the phone or call back, even when they say they will. I decided to just pay to do a lease buy-out because there were so many negatives. I filled out the form online and was asked to come sign an additional document. After going to the office and signing, I got a letter a few days later saying I had to pay the fee (almost $2k) in 3 days or I would be evicted. Even though the buy-out agreement says I have 30 days to pay fee. I tried calling and emailing to get clarification but never got any response so I decided to just pay it because I was scared of being evicted. I had just paid that month’s rent so I had to scramble to come up with the funds in time. Now I am going back and forth with the old management company and the new management company to try to get my security deposit back and my move-out report to the forwarding address I provided. They each keep saying the other company is responsible so that is probably a wash. This has been an absolute nightmare! So if you still decide to rent from here, you have been warned!

I had an excellent experience working with Ketrict throughout my leasing process. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What stood out most was his dedication to resolving any issues that could have delayed my move. He worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything stayed on track, and thanks to his efforts, I was able to move in right on time as planned. Ketrict truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend him to any future tenants—working with him was a great experience, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their leasing agent.

Don't rent an apartment in this place, we are very well treated until we move to this condominium, after that it's just disappointment. They never solve our problem, I paid the deposit in the amount of a rent and when the contract expired I moved out of the apartment, it's been two months and until today they haven't returned the check with the amount of the deposit. Not to mention that they are not willing to solve it, they are always throwing service from one employee to another. Telling them that a check would be made for the amount of the deposit and sent to my current address, they lied once again. Anyway, to avoid this inconvenience, I recommend you not to rent an apartment in this condominium
