The tour was really great. Jill was super friendly, personable, and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The hallways and amenities were very clean.

My experience moving into Marketplace Village has been wonderful so far. The staff have been very helpful and kind. It’s been a week, and I already love my apartment and the beautiful view. The Marketplace App is a great perk—it offers residents opportunities to earn rewards. I also appreciate the grocery and many places to eat being literally across the street.

Not going to lie , the fire alarm systems going off 5 times after 10pm is honestly crazy. God forbid something actually does happen but we wouldn’t even believe it to be true since the alarm goes off multiple times for no reason especially at night. Also in the winter time? It is worse. Goes off every single night.

Ronald with maintenance did a great job jumping on and taking care of my heating repair, he had to replace the motor. He completed the job within 24 hours. Furthermore, he provided portable heaters. My unit seems to be well insulated, and I almost don't need a heater.
