Highly recommend to not move here!!! Apartment was not ready at all to be leased and management does not care about customer needs. Complex allowed door to be kicked in and open for over 24 hours which led our apartment to be burglarized. It is not safe here and management is not making any amends to fix the situation. Police report was made and renters insurance is not being acknowledged by management

easily one of the worst most horrendous apartments I have ever lived in .. roach infestation to its core. The building needs to be tore down if you move into 506 then be ready for continuous pest problem with the roaches , outside bugs I have even experienced rats living in this unit. Several leaks in the unit when I lived here and a faulty water heater per the gas company .. maintenance does what they can, but the unit itself should not even exist. It is on the terrace level, and the conditions are deplorable. moving out of these unbearable conditions was the best day of my life

Horrible management; don’t care about residents or fixing any issues regarding things that need to be fixed in the units, pool is never open, valet trash services were abruptly stopped with no notice or communication, gate never worked and is being held open currently by a bungee cord, can’t enjoy the park because of residents and letting their dogs poop and not cleaning it up because the waste bins for the dog poop are filled to capacity

I have been living here for three weeks and was moved into an apartment that was not ready to be leased. My floors were flooded before I moved in due to broken hot water heater. The window in my den was broken and open. None of my living room lights work properly. My drawers are broken in my kitchen. My bathroom faucet will not stop running. My entire floor in living room kitchen and bathroom is flooded with water from hot water heater leak. hot water heater has been replaced and now the new one it was replaced with is broken and now leaking. My apartment is completely flooded with water and is now turning into mold and I have been waiting on maintenance to fix my issue for 3 weeks now and nobody has come. This apartment has been and nightmare should have never been listed available. I deserve to be compensated for all the inconveniences this apartment has caused me after just moving in. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in and all of the pictures and videos I have provided are recent. Im not trying to be negative i am simply writing this review because I do not want this to happen to anyone else or there family who is considering moving here.

Very good maintenance team, mostly responds by same day and fixes in one visit..no delays from last one year. Prompt delivery of work order updates, no hassle or no follow-ups. My unit has a new microwave when we move in and which broke after 10 months. I request service on morning and got a quick visit by Mr. Suvad Ciric. Right-way troubleshooted and identified it needs to be replaced. Within 2 days, Team got new one and replaced it with no follow-ups .. Located in the heart of beautiful neighborhood surrounded by food courts, grocery marts, accessible freeways, schools and gyms. Very good affordable housing community 👍 in the neighborhood. Every home is a special ❤ in this community. I like every home having a balcony or sunset or sunrise view ..
