I had a situation and my apartment complex handled it so well! Same day! And thank you to Tiaura for hearing me out and keeping me safe. I owe you girl 🫂🤍 Yall come on and move in. It’s too quiet over here 😂 And get that 3 bed 2 bath while yall at it. 5 available Aug 2026!!! Use me as a referral !!! $$$$

Tiara was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the property. The communication from the leasing office is open, they respond promptly and are always willing to answer any questions.

Maintenance was wonderful. Both men had positive attitudes and i love that. They turned my hot water on, allowing me to take my first shower in my new home. They made me feel welcome! Also the staff (Tiarra) was great! Thank you all !

Tiaura was an excellent tour guide. Albeit She was fairly new to the property she was very knowledgeable and answered our numerous questions. Tiaura made our family feel as if we were valued and not a “number” or just a “body” that she was giving “another” routine tour to. More importantly Tiaura ( not AI 🤖) reached out back to our family to ensure that we would be contacted regarding our move in time frame. It was nice to meet Tiaura and Jade….and we look forward to being a part of the community. The Robinson Family

I was helping my cousin who moved to town alone with all the moving process and we found a good place here. In the beginning we were very nervous because of all the bad reviews. However she liked one of the apartments so we started the process. I mentioned all of the bad experiences and complaints from former residents so that’s when we found out that the building has a totally new management. They answered all of our questions and were nice and professional during the whole process. It’s been a couple of months and so far so good. The new management is very helpful and the apartment was freshly renovated when my cousin moved in. No roaches or loud neighbours. I personally liked the pool area (maybe because I’m from Florida ☺️). Hopefully it works out!
