This complex generally receives positive feedback for its friendly and professional staff, with many appreciating the quick and efficient response to maintenance requests and the recently added door-to-door trash pickup. However, some residents have reported issues with inconsistent maintenance, a lack of transparency during the application process regarding non-refundable fees, and occasional noise disturbances from neighbors.

I've been a resident at Rutland Place Apartments for a few years and the maintenance crew that is attending to the property is the best it has been since I've been here. They are quick to address any maintenance issues quickly. I came off vacation and couldn't access my apartment due to dead batteries in the access device. I called the maintenance number, spoke with Chris and he didn't hesitate to come and gave me a 20 min ETA. He was here within the time he quoted me, unlocked the door and changed the batteries. I tried to compensate Chris for his time and the fact that he was eager to help but he told me he was only doing his job and refused to take any type of compensation.
