Overlook Gardens Apartments

Me and my girlfriend just moved here, and we love it all ready. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and actually seems to care about us tenants.

I visited these apartments last week with my kids. The staff is really friendly and the 1 bedroom we were shown seems really spacious. Unfortunately, I need a 3 bedroom but I really appreciate the time the staff spent with me showing me around.

I just spent a year here and it was great. Reasonable pricing, a gate that actually works, very clear communication from staff, timely and thorough maintenance, consistent pest control, and fun community events if you’re in to that. All staff were very kind. The only slight negative I noted were kind of thin walls but it was never really an issue since ‘quiet hours’ were followed by tenants. Would definitely recommend. :)

Savannah helped me! She was awesome. She answered all my questions, was super sweet, and was a big help!

Savannah helped me so much. She was so patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely be recommending this property!
